So here is... yet another pointless update with no progress to report so far. Even though I haven't really lost weight recently or in the past 2-3 weeks I am still happy to report that I haven't really gained much weight either. Today I weighed in at only 250.0 pounds exactly according to my scale.

I like to bring this fact forward for everyone to see because one common belief that most already skinny people like to say to fat people like me is that this kind of diet that I'm following is considered the "Yo-Yo Diet", and they also go on to say that I am just "going to regain the weight back in just a few months" or maybe a couple years.
I honestly think that there is a huge difference in aspects of people who have always been skinny their whole lives and people who have gained and lost weight before. These opinions from the skinny people (if they are educated Dietitians or not), are not entirely accurate in my own opinion. I know how my body works and what works for me, though I do agree that seeing one of these professionals is absolutely beneficial to my own knowledge.
I have also already talked with my family doctor and he has told me that this OMAD diet is actually safe if done right. I take multivitamins, fish oil, and I always eat meals that are at least 1000 calories or more per day when eating in the evening. The last really important detail in my routine is that I usually get some exercise (not running, walking).
That whole combination is definitely vital for survival and success. Other than that, it's definitely true that all bodies are different in some ways and age can be a factor too. I also agree that intermittent fasting could be fatal if not done right. It also helps to be young when following this kind of diet.
Anyways I hope I made my point here that I probably will not gain all the weight back up to 330 pounds unless I never exercise anymore and start eating two whole pizzas every single day and maybe five 2L's of pop (that would do it). Even when I am not trying to lose weight I would never eat that much.
The real reason for all the weight gain in the last 10 years of my life was a medication that caused massive weight gain and I literally didn't pay attention to what it was doing to my body over a span of just a few weeks. This medication was meant for treating Anxiety and Depression and I thought it was the cure, but I can honestly say that it did some huge damage to my life physically and maybe mentally.
Anyways I can't think of anything else to mention other than I am eating some what healthy foods daily right now and I'm definitely not going back to my old eating habits again just yet and I'm also not giving up on this diet even though it's been almost a year and I've only lost 80 pounds. Maybe it will take another year to lose another 80 pounds so I can get to 160 or 170 pounds we'll see.
