From 330 Pounds To 244.8 Pounds, My Weight Loss Progress Update

So if you read my previous post from May 4th, 2026, you might remember I said I had been stuck at around 250-ish pounds for about 2-3 weeks. Well, today I weighed in at 244.8 pounds according to my scale and I think I'm now at the same level I was at in the post before last post which was on April 30th, 2026 and on that day I was about 245.3 pounds. It does go up and down when your not really trying, I admit.

In the last 2-3 days though I've tried to be more serious about it. Though I'm not getting much steps in yet (except for walking around the house) I did actually manage to lose 5 pounds ever since my last post. So, I will keep going from here and maybe I can figure out a good walking routine, we'll see. I do admit that the meals that I eat are usually higher than usual in sodium, but I have been buying the bundles of Bananas from the grocery store lately just to stay a bit healthier than I would be without eating anything healthy.

Then there is the multivitamins I get from Wal-Mart, which I take about one big pill per day, and also the fish oil supplements might be helping too. If your following the diet that I follow (One Meal A Day), I would say that taking some multivitamins and fish oil is very important. Anyways, today I pretty much ate two slices of 7-11 Pizza (Pepperoni) and one Cheddar Smokey as well. This is probably the most unhealthy meal anyone could ever eat while on a diet like this one, but right now it's all I can really afford.

Maybe you guys shouldn't take advice from me with these horrible choices in food that I am deciding to eat while following a very difficult diet like OMAD. But if your still reading, follow my lead, because I'm not stopping here with this diet. I still have about 70-80 pounds to lose. I was making alot of progress walking over an hour per day to the grocery store and back before but, my routine has changed quite a bit so I no longer can do that anymore.

On this current day I am basically happy in knowing that I don't have any saggy skin so far from the 80+ pounds that I lost and I won't even need to bother looking into getting excess skin surgically removed in the future. I heard about some people who have lost the same amount of weight as me or even more and had to get surgery done in order to remove the excess skin after losing over 100-150 pounds, and because of that these people may have had to paid upwards of $20,000 for the entire procedure.

truly (Youtube): This video is about a man who lost 310 pounds and once he reached that goal he had 13 pounds of excess skin removed from his body through surgery. The man started at 540 pounds and reached 230 pounds at age 27. He used to wear 8XL T-Shirts at the highest weight he was at.

The health coverage in my country is pretty good, but it doesn't cover cosmetic surgery which I guess that's what it would be if you got excess skin from a massive weight loss journey. I think that kind of surgery should be completely covered... especially of the person who did it dedicated their lives to losing that much weight. It's extremely good for your health to not be obese obviously, and for the government to turn someone like this down for cosmetic surgery is just a huge shame.

Well, I'm glad my body wants to work with me, that's great. I could still experience some excess skin once I reach 170 pounds or 160 pounds but I don't think it will be too bad so I'm half way there already and it's not too bad so far. If your worried about having excess skin from a massive weight loss journey, I would say do your research first before you try out any diets and see whats possible.

It's not fun looking horrible in the mirror, being super skinny and having lost a ton of weight but you got some flabby skin hanging off your body, I would make sure first that this is something I could fix once I get to what ever weight amount it would be to be happy. It is indeed possible that if I were ever to reach the same weight of the guy in the picture above, and I lost around 300 pounds, I probably would have to deal with excess skin after reaching my goals.

Anyways, I hope my readers here (*crickets*) enjoyed my weight loss update, and when I reach 240 pounds or less I will definitely upload a picture to show what my chest looks like just to show everyone the difference I made.
