Okay so below is not much of a difference as compared to my other results I've posted in the past. But I just want to be real with you guys to show you that we all have to take breaks or even if we don't try to take a break during a weight loss journey, it's completely normal for your weight to fluctuate during this whole process.

I have obviously put myself down so many times with progress like this because I just want to go from 330 Pounds (where I started) and down to 170 Pounds (or 160ish?, not sure yet) without going up 1 number on the scale all throughout the whole process and when that scale actually goes up when you thought you've lost weight that really sucks for sure.
But in my own opinion, when you think back to what you ate a few hours ago or the day before it makes you think of what you could do differently in the future to avoid doing what you did that made you actually gain two extra pounds. Watching what you eat is usually very important but I would say that I'm pretty lucky to have gotten away with eating junk food, fast food and just other basic foods that aren't that healthy and still have lost a lot of weight.
I think in the last 3 weeks that I've been trying to keep my diet going I have not lost much because I have not been able to get outside and I have mentioned this as well in previous posts though I'm thinking of ways to walk a lot more for the future and actually yesterday I think I walked for over an hour which was a good amount of exercise and the only thing I forgot to do was put some sunscreen on but I just have to find the bottle of the stuff some where in my things.
I have watched a few documentaries on social media about people talking about what they ate during their weight loss journeys and one older guy (I'm guessing he was in his late 50's or 60's) said that he actually was able to lose weight eating junk food but by just limiting the amount of junk food he was eating (and he was specifically following the OMAD diet too).
I do admit again that I eat junk food (just for a snack) often and I also eat other foods that are probably some what healthier than junk food (like hot dogs, pizza, cheeseburgers), but it's mostly because the costs of these foods is much lower than actual healthy foods. I think most people know that this is a known fact with comparing prices on healthy foods versus non healthy foods.
I do try my best to buy a bundle of Bananas every 3-4 days and I will also once in awhile eat some Apples. What ever fruit is the cheapest. I also take Multivitamins and Fish Oil daily. Then for regular meals, I really hate to admit this but yeah it is just frozen meals with sometimes high levels of sodium but for now that is all I can really afford.
I will be trying to actually make things in the future once my budget is higher for groceries. But despite all this junk food and high sodium frozen or canned foods I have managed to lose over 80 pounds so far. There is a lot of motivation during the last few months that has taken me to this level obviously, and I would not be here without it.
