Weight Loss Progress Log

This is just an idea I came up with on June 27th, 2026. Here I will provide a list of dates and records of how much I weighed on every single day. On this day I am 241.0 pounds which you will see below. I always weigh myself wearing minimal clothing so the scale isn't thrown off very much, so the results should be pretty accurate. I wish I started this page a long time ago honestly, but right now this is better than nothing. Last thing I will mention is that I always weigh myself after getting out of bed and having a shower, before I start my day. I feel this is the best time to do this kind of thing. If you are new to this blog of mine just know that I started this diet about a year ago at about 330 pounds. The most I have weighed ever in my life is around 350 pounds. 

  • June 27th, 2026: 241.0 pounds
