Alright so I will now be including dates to all of the titles of my future posts so it's slightly easier to tell when which update happened when. Below you'll see an image that I've never seen before but you'll notice what it means just by looking at it. This might resemble how two different kinds of people think, but maybe some people think differently than both of the two examples below in the image you see here.

These small minor changes in weight loss and weight gain are a given when trying to lose weight especially for people like me who are known to be addicted to high fat foods or fast food in general. Processed foods are all I can eat right now because it's all that I can actually afford.
I didn't bother posting a picture of my chest in this post today because it wouldn't look much different than the previous photos I've taken and have featured in previous posts. I believe what my readers want to see is dramatic changes, not just incremental changes in my appearance.
I don't know if I have mentioned this before but before this diet that I started last year during 2025 in the month of July, I had never lose more than maybe 35-40 pounds. Technically, to this day I have lost about 83.1 pounds which to be honest, this has taken life dedication and on a daily basis I try my best to eat my first main meal of the day around 3PM or 4:30PM latest.
This means, when I wake up around 8AM or 9AM I might just spend most of my morning up until the early afternoon just doing things that don't require much energy. This could include just laying in bed, or doing minor tasks on the computer if I feel it's important to do them at what ever time of the morning.
This also means that when I have an appointment in the morning I really have to eat something very small in order to have energy to walk, talk and do very minor tasks related to those two things, otherwise I might feel very light headed from morning until the afternoon when I actually get to eat my first meal.
These habits are very important in order to succeed with the One Meal A Day diet and in my own opinion take dedication and for the most part I think the most beneficial thing I ever did was quit my full time job so I could do this. When I did quit that job I had I actually knew I had to leave, for a few different reasons.
If it was a job that I loved quite a bit, I would have made some minor changes in my routine in order to be able to keep working and to lose weight at the same time. I personally am always thinking of different ways of doing things (around the clock). If something doesn't work I will try another way or method pretty soon after that to see if something else works better. "Where there is a will, there is a way".
One story I haven't told yet on this blog yet... (est. 2006)
When I first started working I actually worked a job at a retail store stocking shelves overnight. I started this job full time and it was one of the jobs that taught me alot of things about life in general and when I first started this job in 2006 I was probably around 220-230 pounds.
During the winter months I had figured out a diet that actually worked for me and I was able to sleep in during the day (and I felt quite warm in bed I'd say since it was so cold and my house was kind of old so the heater didn't always work that great). So I ended up sleeping for about 12 hours a day because I couldn't get out of bed.
This meant I didn't eat during that 12 hours and I only ate what ever I had before starting work and what ever I ate on my breaks at work. I also was working a very physically demanding job so I was always getting exercise on a daily basis obviously (except for when I had those two days off, obviously).
Over a period of a few weeks, I was able to get down to around 170 pounds, and this is the most ideal weight if your a guy in your 20's and you are as tall as 6 foot 2. You should try using one of those online BMI calculators to see exactly where you should be in weight for your age and height.
The day I reached 170 pounds was one of the biggest differences I have ever seen in my life in how people treated me on a daily basis. No one was calling me "fat" any more and it was the best feeling ever. I also felt quite confident in myself in the way I looked at myself in the mirror. I'd have to say that the time I had spent on this diet at the time was worth every second or every effort I had put into it.
But, I was still weak in some ways because I had simply found an easy way to lose weight without putting too much effort into it. I might have achieved this in just under 4-5 months. but I had never lost over 100 pounds before all at once. Up until last year (2025), I had never fully dedicated my life to lose a ton of weight.
I will explain my whole life story (of my weight loss experiences) in another post but that is just a brief description of one of the first times I had lost 30-40 pounds and noticed a huge difference in my life and I also always looked back at how fat I looked before as compared to what I looked like after losing the weight. It was a
