OMG!, I love making these posts!. The more I make those people that said things to me about being so fat makes me motivated more than ever before... and here I am after losing 84 pounds and now all I can say is... look who's still fat and I've lost all this weight?.
Anyways, I've scaled things down a bit, though I am still making progress with this weight loss. Sometimes the slower you go with weight loss is better. Benefits from doing this could include less saggy skin after losing alot of weight, and it's obviously much healthier to lose weight more slowly since you are eating more than some people who are starving themselves on a daily basis.But I have different reasons. Anyways, I will eventually provide daily updates on my own weight loss journey, but for now it's going to be a slow and gradual. I only created this blog to give hope to those who are currently overweight and are losing hope. I was there before and I can totally relate to anyone who is struggling to lose even 1 pound a week.
All I can say is stay strong and do not give up.
