So on the scale today I was 239.4 pounds and yeah I was of course a bit upset because of that but I decided to just eat nothing before I left on my walk after having a shower and taking my medications. I took a different route and thought I would try to see if I can get close to the water but it ended up being too far away so I walked to the nearest bus stop and went to the mall to have some food. I think I ate around 4PM and yeah... it was Chinese food again and I have no way of knowing how many calories were in the portion that I ate out of his huge serving but it was pretty good.
It was over an hour of a walk back home and so that brought me these results according to my smart watch. I walked for 2 hours and 56 minutes for a total distance of 13.30 kilometers with a total of 1746 calories burned and an average heart rate of 120 BPM per hour. It wasn't too hot out today but just around 20 degrees Celcius and I wore a hat for some of the way down and back home. I think if tomorrow's results are not that great (on the scale) I will try something different... we'll see. I did see a sandwich restaurant in the shopping plaza I went to today so I may just go there tomorrow in a couple of days since tomorrow I'm having the other half of that huge serving of Chinese that I bought today.
When I first started this diet during June or July last year I was pretty much pushing myself to fast until around 4PM or 5PM in the afternoon and I really couldn't make up my mind on when I was going to eat (either before I went for a walk or during?). I never found the perfect time and to this day I still just decide on a different time every single day. But I would say for sure, that eating before you go on a run or a walk is definitely the best way to go but if you want to lose more weight I'd say eating later would be best.
Anyways, I don't have much else to report here just adding an update to this blog so if anyone is reading they are now up to date.
